2. Gift certificates are valid up to one year from the date of purchase unless you live in a state whose consumer law dictates otherwise. Please note the terms and conditions listed for the particular inn you are buying a certificate to for specifics. TOP
3. If blackout dates exist for a gift certificate (dates on which your gift certificate cannot be used), they will be listed on the Terms and Conditions for this inn. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing and planning your trip to an Inn. 4. No, when you purchase your gift certificate the current Terms and Conditions are printed on the certificate, so subsequent changes made by the Inn will not affect your certificate. TOP

5. You can verify the validity of a gift certificate by logging into your Innkeeper Management section or by calling the toll free hotline listed in the Innkeeper Management section. TOP
6. When a gift certificate is presented for payment you will need to either call our hotline or login to your Innkeeper website to verify the validity of the gift certificate, as well as, select the option to validate the certificate so that it cannot be used again. TOP

10. Yes, there is an option under your Innkeeper Login to request to be notified via email whenever purchases of your gift certificates are made. TOP
11. Commonly used Terms and Conditions include limiting the number of gift certificates which can be used during a single visit and/or over a given time period. Some Inns use blackout dates to assure that they do not interrupt their peak season with discount guests. Many inns also exclude the gift certificates from covering taxes. TOP
12. To avoid fraud, we have a process to verify that Inns listed on InnAficionado.com are legitimate. Within 48 hours, a member of the InnAficionado.com Team will verify your listing. Your Inn will be visible when this process is completed. In the meantime, you can preview your Inn profile from the Inn profile management area. TOP
